FR-3002-F 2013 Series #50 Subject LEPE press sheet that was printed on the Atlanta District, A malfunction that brought only a partial overprint to the plate. No seals and serial numbers, no District Letters. A combination of just green serial numbers and nothing else. There are no details of embossing present on this note of the rest of the over-print. Authenticated by P.M.G. Graded P.M.G #66EPQ Gem Uncirculated with exceptional paper quality. Another rare blunder by a LEPE press print run. With quality control at an all-time high at the BEP seeing errors on newer series notes that are dramatic are just plain rare.
Ironically, we have come across two different print runs on two different districts, with the same exact type of error. This one being a New York District the other an Atlanta. This a new Type error?
