2013 $1 *LEPE PRESS 50/50 OVER-PRINT*

FR-3002-B 2013 Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the New York District. A #50 Subject sheet print that had an over-print missing HALF? Just serial numbers but ZERO Treasury seal? Zero Federal Reserve Seal?  Is the 4th print missing?  So-called black over-print gone? But even so, where is the Green Treasury seal? Interesting to the fact that we see this as NOT an obstruction.  Or an under-inking type error. Chances are slim that it has an inking problem on the green and black inks of the over-print. This we believe is caused by a computer malfunction applying only “partial” pieces to the over-print. Authenticated by P.M.G. Graded P.M.G #64EPQ Choice Uncirculated with exceptional paper quality. Another rare blunder by a LEPE press. Which is now being phased out with a new printing operational press into 2024.
