Fr-230 1899 Series One Dollar Silver certificate. Better known as the “BLACK-EAGLE” note. Third-party graded P.C.G.S #66PPQ Gem Uncirculated with pure paper quality added to the holder. A very low serial number #Z33. Recently graded. This note has been off the market for a very long time. Excellent color, inks, centered very nice. Signatures are Napier-McClung.
