The start of the 1928 Series Thousand Dollar Denomination with this District that has just a few dozen known. Appears better than the grade listed. P.C.G.S #25 Very fine with some glue residue on the back of the note in-which it looks like it might have been kept in Album for some time. No paper pulls from the residue, centered well. A tough district to come across. A 40Q sold for $7800 recently, two consecutive choice uncirculated examples realized $15,000 in 2020.
