Fr-235 1899 Series One Dollar Silver Certificate coming from the last sheet printed. These were printed on sheets of four. PLATE A-B-C-D. The plate position for this note is B.
99999997-99999998-99999999-100000000. Yep, that’s right the last note would have been a handset note with serial 100000000. The BEP did not want to throw away the sheet but used it, like the last note. However, the numbering system did not have a spot for serial ten million. It was hand-stamped.
