FR-2033-G 1999 Series Ten Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the Chicago District. B-Y Block. One of #2000 District Sets that were sold and made by the Bureau of Engraving, starting with serial number 99998000 TO 99999999. These sets were sold out fairly quickly, sets with serial numbers 99999991-92-93-94-95-96-97 towards the end (Most of them were broken up). Not ALL. Here’s an example from one of those sets with a seven straight NINES serial number. BG99999992Y.  Third Party Graded P.M.G #68EPQ Gem Uncirculated with exceptional paper quality. Good luck today finding a BIG Head design with such a high serial number….
