1976 Series Two Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the New York District. B-C BLOCK. These notes were cut from sheets, they feature near solid 9’s serial numbers with an ending birth year date. Just five blocks were used for 1976 Series $2 UNCUT sheets. Just three districts, New York-Richmond-Minneapolis. We graded this note Choice Uncirculated, poor centering, but original paper quality.  Serial #B99991979C. Having a birthday year and solid 9’s combo on an older series $2.00 Imagine that!
