FR-2097-B 2013 Series Twenty Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the New York District. What a display inside this third party graded P.M.G #63 Choice Uncirculated holder. It appears to look like a #66 or even a 67EPQ note, however it has had work done to the edge of the right-side margin. Not noticeable from the naked eye, but under a loop. It makes up for about 3mm in length AT THE EDGE. It’s very slight, only on the edge of the margin, not into the face design. Reason why PMG is calling it “MINOR RESTORATION” on the holder, and not Restoration. Beautiful looking note……well centered, sharp over-print, great color. Not circulated, handled wrong…….. out of the first pack printed.
