FR-1937-* #12 2003 Series Two Dollar Federal Reserve STAR-NOTES. A limited set of just #2000 was sold to the public. Sold in minutes. These were all low serial numbers in the range of 00000001*-00002000*. Each set had twelve notes one from each District printed. Offered here is the SERIAL #2 set. These notes were third-party graded at P.C.G.S. #63-66PPQ. A super low serial number that also matches the Denomination making it stand out across the room. The serial #1 set was offered at one time for $275,000.00. It’s since been broken up. Those notes from that serial #1 set have brought as much as $25,000.00 plus. Two years ago, a 1976 Series $2.00 FRN L00000002* P.M.G #65EPQ realized $10,200.00 in a public auction. Offered here is a very rare set that will never be duplicated again.
