Choice about uncirculated, IT’S NOW, third party graded P.M.G #58EPQ, exceptional paper quality to this note. Minimal handling is seen. Original and a rare note to come across on a silver certificate. In the 1999 catalog that was issue there was over #500 radars and repeater notes. There was not 1 OTHER radar star on a silver certificate. Rare, indeed.
