This type of serial number was once printed from 1963-1981A series notes on conventional printing presses. Then came cope-type printing presses that erased the serial number sequence to all these notes to be had. Zero exist since 1981A Series.
In 2009 Leap style printing presses brought #50 Subject sheets. Causing serial number tables to print seven zero notes such as 10000000-90000000. Here’s a choice about uncirculated third-party graded PCGS #55. Pulled from circulation. No remarks on the holder. Centered decent, nice margins, from the first block, printed.
