It could have been 11 other districts, but it wasn’t. Matched perfectly to the serial number. An out-of-the-pack note, centered a bit off that would keep it from the Gem-Status. An easy choice uncirculated grade with full original paper quality. Just 320k printed for this star note run. Listed in the First City Currency BEP guidebook at $70 a note in 2011 with a regular serial number per star note.
