Another lovely dual courtesy autographed FRBN from the Richmond district, this one is a $20 also bearing low serial number E00000023A. Cashier Geo. H. Keesee signed his name in black ink above the left serial number, while Governor Geo. J. Seay signed his name in blue ink above his printed signature. It is one of two such pieces in the census.
