This is an Fr-1914-A 1988 Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note from the Boston District, with an overprint applied upside down on the front of sheet #32. It comes from after the 1977 Series, when the BEP began using the COPE press, which reveals the next note on the sheet after cutting. Known as a TYPE #2, it has been third-party graded P.M.G #66EPQ Gem Uncirculated, boasting exceptional paper quality and a high-grade invert.
