Fr-2172-B 1988 Series $100 Federal Reserve note coming from the New York District. Matching B-B block. Over-print was applied to the back of the COPE sheet of #32. The sheet was fed into the press on the wrong side causing the seals and serial numbers to be printed on the back. Third party graded P.M.G #66EPQ Gem Uncirculated with Exceptional paper quality.
