Fr-2075-B 1995 Series Twenty Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the New York District. Serial #B09418291E. Over-print was applied UPSIDE DOWN on the front of the sheet of #32. This was also after the 1977 Series when the BEP started using the COPE press which shows the next note on the sheet after its cut. It’s called a TY-2.
