Fr-1913-L 1985 Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note from the San Francisco District. Over-print was applied UPSIDE DOWN on the front of the sheet of #32. This was also after the 1977 Series when the BEP started using the COPE press which shows the next note on the sheet after its cut. It’s called a TYPE #2. Third party graded P.M.G #66EPQ Gem Uncirculated with exceptional paper quality. High graded INVERT.
