FR-1935-L 1976 Series Two Dollar Federal Reserve note from the San Francisco District. An over-inked federal seal. “Minor” Dark enough to erase some of the spelling on that seal. Third-party graded P.C.G.S #64PPQ Choice Uncirculated with premium paper quality. Interesting error, plenty seen on other denominations. But a $2: Not so common. Minor but it’s over-inked.
