FR-1915-C 1988A Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the Philadelphia District. A misaligned face print, along with a shifted over-print. As shown, there are two notes, one slither of the next note to the right. This misprint caused both 2nd-3rd prints to not be at all centered correctly. It’s drawn down enough to have a major extra wide border on bottom & right side. Third-party graded P.C.G.S. #63PPQ. Choice Uncirculated with Perfect paper quality. Fantastic Error note
