Fr-1908-D 1974 Series $1.00 Federal Reserve note coming from the Cleveland District. The over-print was shifted so far that it created four over-prints onto the face design. George got hit right in the face with the Federal Seal.  Shifted on an angle…. two full green treasury seals are shown. Two different serial numbers are displayed. Four over-prints, three across the face with one partial serial on the right-hand lower corner to make #4. Incredible…. one of largest over-print shifts we have been able to offer. Third party graded P.C.G.S #64 Choice Uncirculated. Out of the pack found note, some slight mark on the reverse at the top keeping it from Gem.
