This is a 1985 Series FR-2075-G twenty-dollar Federal Reserve note from the Chicago District, serial number G18394250H, featuring a full 100% transferred offset inking error from back to front. It’s been third-party graded by P.C.G.S. as #30, very fine to extra fine, with a note about an ink stain that appears to be an ATM mark.
