FR-2000-B 1928 Series Ten Dollar Federal note coming from the New York District. Serial # B04813078A. A full off set of the “over-print” on this first printed series 1928 Federal Reserve note. These 1928 Series did not have the Black Federal Seal, District Numbers as part of the over-print. They were part of the “Face Design”. This has a FULL green inking over-print offset applied to the back of the sheet. Serial numbers and Treasury seal are shown with the ink-offset. These notes were printed on #12 Subject sheets, the offset serial number is B04813072A.
Third party graded P.M.G #30EPQ, very fine to extra fine grade with Exceptional paper quality added as a qualifier. We have sold this type of example over the years on many different denominations. This would be a first…..on a 1928 Series FRN, for us to offer.
