FR-1915-E 1988A Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the Richmond District. E15068819L. Folded twice and printed on… would sum it up. This open fold is blank on the back and front. It was folded, cut and even got into circulation for a while before someone grabbed it.  Third party graded P.M.G #30 with no comments. Impressive for the grade and the error on how dramatic it is.
