The left lower portion of the note was folded after the second print, there’s embossing from the overprint on the blank section of the note, A DISTRICT number #4. is embossed on that portion. Third party graded P.M.G #64 Choice Uncirculated. It’s encapsulated in a First-Generation oversized PMG holder.
