These are two notes that would “NOT” become an error unless they were together. In the early 80’s a $1.00 FRN pack of #100 consecutive notes had these notes inside, serial ending #10-#11. $5.00 FRN with a consecutive serial number mixed in $1.00 pack? Serial ending #11. How so? A Five Dollar Sheet before it got its over-print (Seals-serial numbers) was put in with the One Dollar FRNS. This made what is now called a MIXED DENOMINATION.

You can pair Denominations with consecutive serial numbers? But you cannot pair a serial number that was never printed. According to BEP reports, such as Uspapermoney.info you can see the $5.00 FRN serial number high stopped at #60 million, eight hundred thousand. A60800000A. The note offered is nearly 30 million serial numbers past the final sheet printed.
October of 1978 printed A81920001A–A97920001A 1977 $1.00 FRNS.
January of 1980 printed A49920001A–A60800000A 1977 $5.00 FRNS.
These notes were third party authenticated by P.C.G.S #63/64PPQ. They are one of just #6 sets total known on various denominations. The set being offered here is the ONLY $1.00/$5.00 set known. Many moons ago we were able to purchase the $20.00/$100.00 1996 Series Set from a bank teller in Florida, the only big head set to exist, and the last set ever to come about. It was sold here on the website nearly twenty years ago.
