This 1950B Series Twenty Dollar Federal Reserve note from the New York District, serial number B82557793B, has a unique printing error. Before the face print was applied, the sheet was folded twice, leaving a blank unprinted area. When unfolded, part of the treasurer’s signature is visible. The seals and serial numbers were applied during the over-print stage after the face print. Graded as problem-free very fine, it shows only signs of circulation. An early series example, it presents beautifully when displayed in its holder.
