Fr-1921-D 1995 Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note from the Cleveland District. Over-print was applied UPSIDE DOWN on the front of the sheet of #32. This was also after the 1977 Series when the BEP started using the COPE press which shows the next note on the sheet after its cut. It’s called a TYPE #2. Third-party graded P.C.G.S#66EPQ Gem Uncirculated with premium paper quality. High-graded INVERT. *Also to ADD, this note comes from the top of the sheet, so it has a very large margin.
