Fr-1921-F 1995 Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note coming from the Richmond District. Over-print was applied UPSIDE DOWN on the front of the sheet of this #32 Subject Sheet. This was also after the 1977 Series when the BEP started using the COPE press which shows the next note on the sheet after its cut. It’s called a TYPE #2. Third party graded P.C.G.S #55PPQ Choice about uncirculated with premium paper quality. Highly spoken error note in the collecting community.
