Not a common serial number that was saved on low serial number Richmond District $20’s in fact. This one is the first we have encountered on a $20.00 from the first pack printed. While there are handfuls of low serials from certain Districts. Even an uncut sheet of Serial #1-12 on 1928 Series Philadelphia $20.00’s that we placed Fifteen years ago.
