FR-2025-C 1981 Series Ten Dollar Federal note coming from the Philadelphia District. Over-print inking offset of the next note serial ending#402 on the back of this note. Seals and serial numbers are mirrored on the reverse. Like getting not one but two sets of serial numbers on a note. Serial ending #401 and #402.  Third party graded P.M.G #50 About uncirculated grade. Written on reverse of holder. “OFFSET PRINTING OF OVER-PRINT ON BACK” Tough to get an offset of an over-print versus a face printing offset. Great looking small head series note with this error.
