It then got its over-print “seals- & serial numbers”. Centered well, found inside of a pack serial ending #69. Third-party graded P.M.G #65EPQ, Gem Uncirculated with exceptional paper quality. Also add PMG wrote on the back of the holder (Second Print Missing).
